Deluge Saving Files. Permissions issue.

Hello all.

My problem is quite simple. I run deluge as a user named "deluge" (it just makes things easier for me). I also have a group named "deluge". I want deluge to save any files it downloads with full permissions for the "deluge" group is there any way to do this ?

If not can someone advice me on changing my setup so that anything downloaded by deluge is accessible by everyone by default ?

I am using ubuntu server by the way.
