still no incoming connections

just as the title says. i opened the ports via my router, both my router and deluge have UPnP enabled but im still having no incoming connections. am i doing something wrong on deluge or is it much deeper? im able to download torrents but i dont think im seeding.

You should test with an external website such as, http://canyouseeme.org/, to verify open ports. It is best to either manually open ports on router or use UPnP rather than both, also only set the incoming ports and set a range.
