I want to use Deluge for Windows but it just doesn't work

I've heard good things about this client and I want to get away from uTorrent but really, the Windows port needs a lot of attention. Connection speed is abysmal and magnet links aren't working out of Firefox.

Ok 1.3.4 came out after my post and now it finally works on Windows.
