Deluge running but not opening

I had deluge running on my pc and everything was running smoothly. now, deluge is running but i cant open the program at all. when i put my mouse over the icon, (not the tray icon) it shows a preview of it, but will not open. its running and connected to my seedbox (and seeding) but i cant get it to open.

windows 7 home premium 64 bit. version 1.3.3

all that comes up is the connection manager. not the actual program
