Magent links not working

I am using Deluge Daemon and client 1.3.3 with libtorrent 0.15.9, for some reason when adding magnet links to deluge whilst the torrent gets added its size is set to 0 kb, there are no files in the torrent etc... any idea what could be wrong?

That information is not contained in a magnet link so is only available by connecting to other peers with the torrent.
