WebUI or Deluge-GTK error: Battle of priorities

There is an error in WebUI 1.3.3-1ubuntu1 or Deluge-GTK 1.3.3-1ubuntu1 where the file priorities >0 in WebUI are +1, if you know what I mean.

Deluge-GTK:
"normal"
"high"
"highest"

WebUI:
"normal"
"highest"
""

You can change the priority in one client and see it set wrong in the other client.
