Deluge unstable on Win 7 64 bit

See i like Deluge and wanna use it

But the problem is while rechecking 22GB it takes 32minutes and i am unable to work with my PC ..
It hangs ... This happens all the time ...
Not only checking ... While Down/UP

Running on Win7 64 bit -- Ultimate

Also how to give first priority to a specific torrent while Downloading ??
