deluge loses large number of torrents on reboot

1) I have a headless ubuntu 10.04LTS box running the latest and greatest deluged seeding approximately 500 torrents.

2) I reboot the machine.

3) I fire up deluged

4) I login remotely and notice only 18 torrents are left!

5) All the data is still there

6) This has happened on more than one occasion (3 times actually)

Any support for this type of problem?
