Webui Speed settings

I'm running 1.3.0 daemon on a headless Ubuntu 10.10 server and I have some questions about the speed settings.

1. What exactly does -1 mean? Does that mean unlimited? I was using Transmission before and 0 meant unlimited.

2. I'm using the WebUI but when I right click on a torrent to cap its upload speed, the setting won't take effect.

-1 along with 0 means unlimited

i think some bugs in setting prefs were fixed for the webui in 1.3.1, please test with that.
