Hello everyone!
I am running Deluge 1.3.1 on my Asus 1201n eeepc netbook and my operating system is Ubuntu 10.04. Deluge often causes the system to freeze while downloading large torrents (>1GB). Any ideas?

i dont think its about deluge, ubuntu 10.04 has ram usage problems/bugs, if your ram's capacity is low its normal.. try to copy a huge file, probably it will crash again..
i recommend upgrade it or using debian..

Thanks for the response!
Do you think that I'd get rid of this problem if I upgrade to Ubuntu 10.10?

i am using ubuntu 10.04 with 1gb ram. No problem with deluge on files > 1GB. No RAM issues but deluge does crash once a while.
Try upgrading all your ubuntu packages. The was a memory leak issue on Apr but it has been solved.
