OS: Ubuntu 10.10
Deluge Version: 1.3
libtorrent Version: 0.15.4.0
I, by mistake, deleted all my .torrent files, and I need to recover them back. I download from a private tracker so maintaining ratio is important, therefore, upon a reinstall, ill need to add the .torrent files back in order to seed them. I tried 'copy .torrent files to' option but nothing happened . It would be really nice to recover these files with their original names.
Thanks
Ashwin
copy .torrent files
Re: copy .torrent files
Unfortunately 'copy .torrent files' only works on add (as you guessed).
However, all the .torrents are stored in ~/.config/deluge/state but not with their original names.
If you want to reinstall, simplest is to backup your ~/.config/deluge folder as well as the actual downloaded files then
once you've reinstalled, restore the files and the settings folder.
If the paths haven't changed then deluge should just keep on seeding like nothing has happened.
