You have no incoming connections which most likely means your incoming port isn't being forwarded.
I would enable either UPnP or NAT-PMP depending on what's enabled on your router; there's no need to enable both.
Worst case you need to manually forward the ports.

Now , I have one stupid question (Feel free to tell me to RTFM if you must too ) How do I enable either UPnP or NAT-PMP , (I mean, I already ticked them under the network settings as you can see in the screen shot..) and assuming the worst case scenario applies how do i manually forward the ports??
