Deluge
I recently upgraded from deluge 1.2 to deluge 1.3 on Ubuntu 10.04. I installed 1.3 by downloading the Ubuntu 10.10 deb files as I am not ready to upgrade all of ubuntu yet.
In 1.2 I had over 100 torrents queued using automatic seeding. This worked as expected; only the torrents that were actively set to seed by the automatic management showed up on the torrent tracker that I use.
With 1.3 all 160+ torrents show up on the torrent tracker, even the 150+ ones which are not active and are just sitting in queued status, waiting to seed by the automatic manager.
Was this behavior changed on purpose, or was it a side effect of another change?
