No Shortcut

I have just installed version 1.3 (final) but a starting shortcut wasn't created. How do I create a shortcut? I am running WinXP.

Go to the folder where it was installed (likely c:/program files/deluge) and right click the file deluge.exe and select create shortcut, move this shortcut file to wherever you want it.
