Deluge Opens with a Blank Slate?

I run Deluge with about 300 torrents, and it seems that ever since updating to KDE 4.5, it will occasionally start with no torrents loaded at all. It's happened twice so far, the first time initially after updating about 2-3 weeks ago, and again today.

Now, I make updates of my ~/.config/deluge folder both once a week, and once an hour (To different folders), so when this happened I tried to back up only my state folder with my backup from last week (Wednesday) and when that didn't solve the issue, I restored the entire ~/.config/deluge folder from last week and reopened Deluge, but it still has a blank slate! What gives?

Also, if I delete the ~/.config/deluge folder entirely, restart deluge so it "works" and then close, reinstate my week old state folder, and reopen deluge, it will cause the same problem. How can a state folder that worked last week not work this week?

UPDATE: I've played around with it some more, and while earlier I wasn't able to add torrents (The dialog would never show up) I am now able to and while it still doesn't show any torrents (And my sidebar of active / inactive is blank completely) it DOES still download when I set something to download (And it is uploading)

UPDATE 2: And then, as if by magic, a reset yields a fully working deluge... :S Odd
