I got a new computer and installed deluge on it to connect to my seedbox daemon and I established the connection, everything seems to work (lists active torrent counts, some are downloading, shows download speed, everything is there etc) except the actual listing of torrents is always blank. Clicking on a sub-category such as All or Downloading doesn't make anything show up. It worked fine on my old computer but I can't get the list on here. It seems like a strange problem, any thoughts?
I have tried reinstalling twice, the third install I got a bunch of dll errors and ignored them all and it still works just as much as before after each reinstall, but it never shows the torrent list.
Torrent List Empty
Re: Torrent List Empty
I just installed a virtual machine with XP on the computer being nearly sure it'd work, but naturally the same issue exists within the xp virtual machine which I don't understand. What's going on here, any ideas?

Re: Torrent List Empty
Are you using the same version of deluge on your seedbox as your client?
Re: Torrent List Empty
I am seeing the same issue.
I have 1.3 rc_1 installed on Windows 7 x32 and I have 1.2.2 on my Linux seed box.
The Win7 connects to the seedbox fine, shows a count of the number of torrents, but does not actually display any torrent information.

Re: Torrent List Empty
Downgrading my local copy to match the seedbox version fixed it, thanks!
Re: Torrent List Empty
Well then I think I may have to try and upgrade my Seedbox to see if that works as well.
Re: Torrent List Empty
So maybe in the FAQ there should be a little plug that Deluge versions should be the same across environments if one is to use a seedbox separate from a client.
I upgraded my seedbox to 1.3.0 RC1 and now everything appears to be working fine.
Should have been more obvious to me the first time I ran into this problem some time earlier this year. I guess in my head I said "nah, can't be that simple."
I am back in business.
Thanks for the follow-up that lead me to this.
