issue: deluge130rc1 gtk2 installer confus on setup path

Hallow. deluge130rc1 windows installer downloads and run gtk2-runtime-2.16.6-2010-02-24-ash.exe installer.
that one extracts library dlls (bin and lib dirs) into C:\program files\GTK2-runtime\... ignoring path specified by user.
after install PATH environment contains right path to user specified dir, but actualy here can be founded libraries only if i use defaut install dir.

It's been like that since 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 at a minimum as I found out a while back http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtop ... 12&t=30645

I never got around to filing a bug report though. It's probably the best way to try and get this resolved.
