win 7 + deluge 1.3.0r1 = no torrent listing

everything seems like its working fine except that the area of the gui where the torrents would be listed is blank. I can connect via the web ui and see that the torrents are there and everything is runnign as normal, verified via console ui.

the server is running on a headless ubuntu 10.4 server. 1.2.x for win was working fine for everything. the server is running 1.2.3. I've resinstalled deluge and gtk twice nothign changed

Currently 1.3.0 client is not compatbile with 1.2.x server, because some RPC method signatures have changed (e.g. to support diff status updates and conserve bandwidth).
