Deluge 1.2.2, Torrents are shown as paused

I'm having the same problem but with Deluge 1.2.2 in Ubuntu 9.10. All the torrents are shown as paused and nothing is active?

This is not quite the same as the topic you posted under originally. The fact your torrents are paused suggests a bigger problem than simply no incoming connections, so I have split the post to prevent confusion.

Please enable logging and attach the results.
