block/allow certain clients

I would like a plugin that lets me block or allow only certain torrent clients. For example, I want to block everyone in the swarm who is using Bitroll, Limewire, or any other leeching, malicious, or other client I choose. I know it seems rather unnecessary but I really want the freedom to pick the people I share with. Can someone please make such a plugin?

yeah, right on! dont forget i also want a way to type in the name of a torrent client and block/allow all with that name, perhaps as a plugin. blocking peers like your ticket suggests is the main thing imo.
