[feature request]Show speed indicator on statusicon

Another download tool 'aMule' show the current download speed on statusicon, like a bar beside app status icon.
I think this is a cool feature, then I do not need to open the main form to check down speed.

If you hover on the status icon, they you can see the total up / down speed.
