Deluge 1.2.0 RC5 - Won't start

[INFO ] 18:15:48 ipcinterface:127 Deluge is already running! Sending arguments to running instance..

Seems to get stuck at this point. After reboot it might start, then it's a goner again and won't start anymore.

I think there is something broken with RC5 because I haven't had this kind of problem with Deluge for years.

But I assume that so many users are suffeing from this problem, that it's already fixed.

If any additional details are needed, I'm happy to provide those.
