"Move completed to" doesn't work

I'm not sure if this has been reported yet but, I manually changed all the greyed out options in the "Downloads" section, but none of them work.

So, "Move completed to:", "Copy of .torrent files to:", and "Autoadd .torrent files from:" do not work after manually changing them in core.conf.

1.2.0-rc4 on debian/testing

I've got deluge running in /var/lib/deluge with user "deluge" who is a member of group "ftp".

I've got "Move completed to:" set to /incoming with group "ftp" and rws (set guid) rights.

I've also got "Copy of .torrent files to:" to /var/lib/deluge/torrents and "Autoadd .torrent files from:" to /incoming... but none of these work.
