IP/Hostname to report to tracker in Deluge?

Sorry for my bad English

I have problem with Deluge. I have internal IP address. My ISP allocated me additional external IP address and said me that if I want external IP address in BitTorrent I must use uTorrent and change settings. Exactly this: "Preferents >>> BitTorrent >>> IP/Hostname to report to tracker" and introduce there my external IP address.

Summing up.

I always have internal IP, but in uTorrent I have external IP.

My question is: Deluge have this option (IP/Hostname to report to tracker)?
