Paused CPU usage

Hello,
I'm using deluge daemon the version 1.2.0-RC1 on debian 2.6.30-2-orion5x. When I sets all torrents to pause, the cpu usage of deluged too big, it's rich up to 97%.

I had a CPU problem on 1.1.9. How many torrents do you have on pause? I had a 900 torrent library and the CPU when the whole library was on display was a constant 25%-50% on a C2D CPU. I haven't tested whether that CPU bug was fixed in 1.2.0-dev versions but maybe it's the same bug.
