Deluge 1.2.0 - rc1 - Scheduler 0.1

I have recently upgraded to Deluge 1.2.0 - RC1 and was happy to see that the Scheduler is finally back. I currently have the setup of using the Daemon on my Linux box and the web UI to access it.

I have a few questions currently I can enable/disable the Scheduler fine from the Web UI but i cant seem to make any changes to the actual settings. That it seems can only be set on my Linux box when using the normal Deluge interface.

Secondly is there was way once the scheduler is active to select a torrent and have it ignore the scheduler. i.e. force it to run at full speed for a single selected torrent?
