how to install webui

i have just upgraded but now im lost, i have read the other topic on how to install it but im getting nothing in the terminal, can you put it in easy to understand please
i havent got a clue what im doing

when i run the command it runs the webui but once i close it it doesnt.

If you are using Gnome, you can get it so it stays running by using the Run Command dialog. Just press Alt + F2 and enter `deluge --ui=web` and it will stay running.
