Turn off auto-download when Deluge can't find files.

I wish Deluge wouldn't automaticly redownload torrents, when it can't find files on a disk. I think simple error information would be enough, just like uTorrent does. I sometimes forget to delete torrent from torrents list in Deluge after moving files on a disk, and on next start-up deluge starts the download again. I find it very annoying. Any chances to see this implemented?

This also happened to me. It means I have to remember which files are OK to remove and which I have to start Deluge first and remove from there. Could be a pain if you have lots of torrents.

Any chance of a fix in a future version?

yeah i'd like to see this implemented. I've lost ratio credit because of the same reason.
