separate resume and separate pause buttons

In order to improve functionality, it would be better if the resume and pause were separate buttons, this way one can select all its torrents and hit resume, and those that are already in running mode will not get affected (and go in pause)

I am considering doing this for 0.6, so I will discuss it with the other devs and figure out if it is the best way to go.
