Why I always have to force check?

Hi,

Everytime I will close Deluge I pause all active torrents. Then I close it. Then when I open it again I have to force check, otherwise it doesn't start.
It wasn't like this before. There is a reason? What I'm doing wrong?

I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 with Deluge 1.1.6.
