Bug: Deluge hangs when you add a torrent as URL

I have a bug report/feature request. When you add a torrent by URL (File -> Add torrent -> URL), the entire interface hangs while Deluge fetches the torrent file from the web. This is unnecessary. Only the "Files" tab (showing the individual files of the torrent) is dependent on the contents of the torrent. It would be nice if the "Options" tab were still accessible while Deluge is fetching the torrent. As it is now, the user can do nothing while waiting for the torrent file, which can take several seconds.
