About active seeding value.

The default active seeding is 5 torrent.
When I have 1000 torrent files, then 995 torrent will into Queued status.
And look like those 995 torrent will not wake up become seeding again.

If I want every torrent keep seeding until removed. I have to change the default active seeding value.
How much is the limit of active seeding? Will it cause any problem by set a large number?

Why not set it to -1 for unlimited?
