Is there a way to make deluge ask me where I want to download each individual torrent, basically disabling a default download location? that way everything doesn't automatically go to the same place. reorganizing and moving things between partitions and drives is a pain.

and is there a way to select the location of downloads already completed? that way when you add old torrent files, you can continue seeding, and deluge doesn't start redownloading everything just because it's not in the default download directory.

Using the add torrent dialog you can select the folder where you want to save on individual torrents. And same for adding torrents for seeding.
