Lately Deluge seems to arbitrarily assign ports despite other user settings. I have set a fixed port for incoming connections and Deluge simply assigns a random port even though "random ports" are deactivated.
I've set my port to 26689 and this morning it was something in the 30657 range. To resolve this I have to set a different port in the form fields and click "apply" but that also means I have to manually forward these ports through my router.
That is annoying as hell and there is no reason for it to do this. When I set "random ports" I get random ports but when I set a fixed port I expect to have a set one. I only ever notice this when my connections time out and the client tells me "no incoming connections". What is happening here? It only happens when I set the same port in both fields for the range e.g. set ONE single port for the connections. When I put in a range greater than 2 ports i.e. 26689-91 the settings seem to be persistent.
A screenshot demonstrates this problem:

Please note how the port is set to a fixed "one port" range but the assigned port is completely different. I can always reproduce this.
1. Set single port in range
2. Activate Random Ports
3. Apply
4. De-Activate Random Ports
5. Apply

Re: Port Settings ignored (1.1.7)
Deluge will choose a random port if the port you specify is already being used.
