Connection reset by peer error

Hi all,
I'm having problems connecting to some trackers with Deluge. I can connect to big public trackers with Deluge no problem. But, with some other smaller or private trackers, I get:

Error: Connection reset by peer

I've tried other clients and I don't get this error with these trackers. How can I connect with these trackers with Deluge?

Make sure that the private sites allow deluge or newer versions.

I've sent messages to administrators about this problem and they are equally baffled. If Deluge was banned, I'm sure they would tell me.
