I have been running deluge for a while and had no problems.
i am using version 0.5.9.3 on ubuntu 8.10
I am trying to download a 4.4Gb torrent (split up into 47Mb files) onto ext3 partition.
I downloaded 62% yesterday and when i started it again this evening i kept getting the error: "torrent paused: disk read error, slot has no storage" every 10 minutes or so.
A quick google found no results. I have downloaded a single 8Gb file before so i don't see what the problem is?
Any help will be appreciated
Chris

Re: torrent paused: disk read error, slot has no storage
Are you sure the disk didn't run out of space?
Also, unfortunately, 0.5.9.3 is no longer supported.

Re: torrent paused: disk read error, slot has no storage
Thanx for your reply ( i know 0.5.3.9 isnt supported, i prefer it works and i cant seem to get my speed correct in the latest)
The disk is definitely not out of storage, i have 180Gb free! I have just tried to download something else, i paused the large torrent and put in a few smaller ones and they downloaded fine. I did a force check and now it says it is 31% downloaded, is there a possibility it got corrupted? I really don't want to download it all again if i can help it.
now it says:
torrent paused: disk write error, no storage for slot 286
any ideas?
Chris
