Network Activity Plugin

I was very upset when I found out that deluge no longer has the network activity monitor for some reason and has removed a few others.

First, I wanted to know what was the last version to include the network monitor? Second, if I am to download an old version could i just copy the plugin files from it and transport them to the new version when i reinstall it?

No, you can't simply copy the old ones.

The 0.5.9.+ series was the last to use the "old" plugins.
