deluge messed up my torrents. Again :(

I keep my torrents stored in folders according to category. Several times already deluge (various 1.x versions, now I am cleaning up after 1.1.2) messed all my arrangements, the pattern is as follows: deluge crashes or suffers some other type of brain failure, starts rechecking torrents and moves all seeding torrents it checks to completed (as in preferences-downloads-move completed to) folder even though they were downloaded ages ago. Guys, this bug is quite annoying and costs too much time, please fix it. When recheck is completed with 100% downloaded deluge must move torrent files to 'completed' folder only if they are in the default download folder and leave them alone if they are anywhere else.
