We had an issue with our server earlier today, but it is working better now. There are plans to do some more upgrades so that we will scale better in the future.

Cliking on development, or going to dev.deluge-torrent.org, just takes me to the front page :|

I submitted a bug report re ssl trackers not working since 1.1.1, just wanted to update it saying it's fixed in 1.1.3 now :)

The entire website appears to be messed up and the none of the links work besides the "community" one.

Yea, we had some more issues, so we had to take the Trac site down while we move to a more efficient backend. Hopefully it will be up soon.
