All torrents are queued . Preferences & Plugins not opening.
I am using Deluge 0.5.8.3 on Fedora 7. All my torrents are appearing queued and no downloads are taking place.I am not able to open Preferences and Plugins. When I click on them nothing happens.Everything was working perfectly before ,but this started happening after I enabled the scheduler plugin and disabled it immediately.Since then evrything is queued.I uninstalled Deluge and reinstalled it , but still the same problem.I just cant get this to work. Please help .Thanks.

in the downloads tab in preferences, check the max active torrents settings. scheduler sets it to 0 when you tell it to not download at all and maybe it didnt reset it properlybilly123 wrote:I am using Deluge 0.5.8.3 on Fedora 7. if you enable the scheduler plugin and you're in the don't download time it'll set the max active torrents to 0.billy123 wrote:Everything was working perfectly before ,but this started happening after I enabled the scheduler plugin and disabled it immediately.Since then evrything is queued.
if you then disable the scheduler plugin, max active torrents stays at 0.
this was quite an annoying bug when I used to use the scheduler plugin (although I could still access prefs & plugins).
I remember seeing a fix to the scheduler plugin in the changelog for 0.5.8.2, I assumed it was this bug, maybe it wasn't.
but anyway, running the configuration wizard (Help->Run Configuration Wizard) normally fixes it (it should set the max active torrents back to whatever is suitable for your connection).

I clicked on 'Run Configuration Wizard' in Help menu , but nothing happens.Just like Preferences and Plugins ,this is not opening.johnnyg wrote:if you enable the scheduler plugin and you're in the don't download time it'll set the max active torrents to 0.billy123 wrote:Everything was working perfectly before ,but this started happening after I enabled the scheduler plugin and disabled it immediately.Since then evrything is queued.

Re: All torrents are queued . Preferences & Plugins not opening.
I cannot find the prefs.state file. There is no config folder in root directory. There is one in /usr/share/ ,but no pref.state file.I checked in the /usr/share/Deluge , but i could not find prefs.state file. There are four folders in usr/share/Deluge glade, icons, pixmaps & plugins. Could not find it in any of them. Thanks for the replies.markybob wrote:try rm ~/config/deluge/prefs.statebilly123 wrote:I clicked on 'Run Configuration Wizard' in Help menu , but nothing happens.Just like Preferences and Plugins ,this is not opening.johnnyg wrote: if you enable the scheduler plugin and you're in the don't download time it'll set the max active torrents to 0.
