Deluge stops all HTTP dowloads-Ubuntu 8.10

Ubuntu 8.10-latest deluge release.

I am downoading .iso's, etc from the web just fine, however if I start using Deluge at the same time, the HTTP downloads stop.

Please let me know if you can help me out

try lowering your upload speed or max number of connections.
