Deluge doesnt start...

Hi!
I've downloaded the latest version (1.0.5) of deluge, but it doesnt start. Command window will open, and quickly disappears. In task Manager i see the deluge.exe is loaded, but after 1 sec it will close. Plz help me...
I use Windows Xp SP3 32-bit (Hungarian), Install folder is C:\Program Files\Deluge...
I dont find any working solution here, plz help me i like this torrent client!
