can't add torrents

I can't add torrent in deluge. When i click add torrent, from file, choose the file.. nothing happens. Same with url. I tried 1.04, 1.05 with same results. Older wersions don't work at all for me. The only way i can ad torrents is to set up an auto add folder. But then i have to change default download directory every time so it's a bit complicated. PLEASE fix it in newer releases!
Also if it's possible, work on protocol encryption becouse some ISPs still slows torrent upploads. Thanks for your work.
