can't download 0.5.8.2 from the website

Untill now only the program was buggy, but since this was obviously not enough, now the website started to be buggy too. I have the same problem downloading 0.5.8.2 as I had downloading 0.5.8.1,some days ago:

Error in download_count on line 352.
./windows/0.5.8/deluge-0.5.8.exe is already defined.

Can we use a ftp, a torrent, or anything else beside that autoindex php crap?
