Blocklist - cannot handle GZip lists - why have the option?

It appears that the Blocklist plugin chokes on Gzipped lists. Why even have the feature if all it does is spend eternity trying to import a list from an archive that it cannot decompress?

What url are you using and what operating system are you running deluge on?
