[request] Register a project on Launchpad

Please, register Deluge at Launchpad. If you upload your packages there, Ubuntu users will be able to easily get updates after adding your PPA as a repo. This way, you'll get more bug reports.
P.S.: Just looking at http://packages.ubuntu.com one can understand that Deluge 1.0 (not to mention 1.0.1) won't make its way to Ubuntu until April.
