Doesn't work on Vista for me either. Fortunately the only reason I booted vista was to check out the new look Deluge, and can happily return to my ubuntu sanctuary, where deluge works brilliantly.

Markybob, any ideas on what might be causing the problem?
Any ETA for a possible fix?

0.5.8.2 fixed the problem for me. It runs fine now.
Minor issues: i think the "striped" background color pattern on the "progress bars" harms readibilty a bit... but I guess its a matter of personal preferences...
(Maybe they can consider an option to "tone down" all those graphic "stylish things"? - I liked the "plain old simple look" better.
On a more serious note, my ISP now is also traffic shaping/blocking Deluge. So... I'm scre**d anyway.
