Help upgrading (intrepid headless server)

I only use the webUI for deluge on my headless server. When I update/upgrade intrepid from the console I always notice that deluge-torrent is kept back. I am currently running 1.0.7r and would like to get up to date (at least from the repositories), what should I be aware of and how is this best accomplished?
