Can you add more than one blocklist?

On the FAQ i see two files, nipfilter and pipfilter, can you use both or them or do you use just one of them? If you can use both how can you do that?

you just use one as pipfilter = nipfilter + more
in case you didn't know nipfilter = normal ipfilter and pipfilter = paranoid ipfilter.
