Моё предложение состоит в следующем: добавить в программу, в меню "Настройка - Конфигурация" или просто в меню "Настройка" (либо в любое другое удобное место) диалог с настраиваемым списком трекеров, которые будут автоматически добавляться при добавлении нового торента в список заданий к списку его трекеров (простите за тафтологию). Вообщм, по действиям как это должно работать:

- В самом клиенте задается список трекеров в специальном меню настроек.
- При добавлении какого-либо нового торента, ссылки на трекеры из данного списка плюсуются к, уже имеющейся, в большенстве случаев, одной (родной) ссылке.
- При старте торента, без нудного добавления руками в каждый торент ссок на ретрекеры или патчинга каждого торент файла, происходит поиск сидов не только на основном трекере но и на заданных в списке ретрекерах.

По моему мнению, данная опция будет весьма полезна для локальных сетей провайдеров, скорость подключения к интернету которых весьма не высока. И в такой сети, как правило, имеется некоторое количество локальных ретрекеров (скажем, пользовательских, на базе uTorent клиентов), но, зачастую, добавлять все ссылки в каждый торент на каждый ретрекер копированием в список трекеров, либо специальным патчером, весьма трудоемкое и нудное занятие, даже для небольшого количества торентов.

С появлением такой опции в какой-либо сети можно будет собрать установочник клиента с уже сделанными настройками списка локальных ретрекеров и распространить его внутри сети. Тем самм избавив ту часть пользователей, которые знали про ретрекеры и добавляли ссылки руками от лишней волокиты. Также у тех пользователей, которые не знали про ретрекер, но установили настроенный клиент, в этой ситуации появится шанс найти локального пира, раздающего или скачивающего тот же торент!

The main idea I think was, you want any new torrent to have a preselected list of trackers appended to it. I wouldn't agree with this option for a number of reasons, mainly being if a torrent is private you can't share it openly. Also, there is no benefit to adding additional trackers if others don't add the same tracker.

Also be aware of the fact that Deluge along with many other torrent clients use only one tracker at a time, per, the official bittorrent protocol. That means if the first listed tracker is working it uses that until it goes down or is not connectible for some reason. In my opinion, the only reason there should be multiple trackers is in case a tracker goes down, another should still be up.
